That's one of the things I love about Charles and his team is that they're constantly improving and are always accessible and available 24. 7 so but that's one thing I love about the Pinnacle system. Pinnacle is for me a vital business tool. One of the many things that makes Pinnacle unique is that they have seems like limitless storage and all the other CRMs that I looked into seem to always charge on the number of clients that you're uploading the amount of data that you're using and one of the things that I love about Pinnacle is that they don't charge based on how often or how much you're using the software or the service so I love that about them.

Not just being people that know what they're doing, but people that really care about you being able to accomplish what it is you're setting out to accomplish. I'm an expert in my field and I try and remove all of the fear, concern and anxiety for my customers when they're working with Google, because that's my niche. But when it comes to the CRM, I can technically navigate it. But having somebody that knows all the tricks and can teach those to me and help me to master the whole platform is the number one thing that I think is unique about pinning.

Video transcript: Foreign. So I was actually working with my landing page and getting everything set up for people to subscribe or purchase my membership. And then if, in case people weren't happy with my service, they could cancel the membership. So I was trying to figure out that process and how to go about doing that. And Charles and his team are very helpful. They really explain things and support you and explain it in a way that everybody could understand. Charles took the time to actually go on to zoom with me and show me how to go about doing it and directing me, and it was a great experience. And one of the reasons why I'm transitioning from CRM into Pinnacle is because of the customer support. They really take the time to get to know you and understand your problem and then come up with something that's tailored for you, but at the same time, same time, explain it to you so that you could go off on your own and be independent and be able to streamline your operations and your business. So I definitely recommend Pinnacle purely because of the really good customer support and also to all the different bells and whistles that they have to offer within the software. We have been working with the Pinnacl team for about four or five months now across a variety of different projects and a variety of different tasks. And the experience has really been very positive from day one through to now. And we work with the Pinnacl team literally on a daily basis. They follow, I don't want to say instructions, but they, they, they, they take into account the details of the tasks and the requests and the things that we're asking for help with. You know, and for me personally, I actually have an internal team. I have my own team members. So it's. It's been an interesting dynamic where I've got myself my own internal team members and the Pinnacle team as well. And it's been brilliant for me and my internal team to be able to hand tasks off and hand them out to the Pinnacle team to pick up and tackle on our behalf, whether it's internal tasks and projects, things that maybe relate to client projects from time to time. And it's really just been a fantastic extension of the team we already have. And it's given each of my team members the opportunity and the ability to really increase their own capacity. If any of my team members are feeling kind of full, they've got a bit of a full plate, then we know that isn't a problem, because anything that is over and above what they actually have time for at the moment can still get done. It's not that it needs to wait and we need to kick the can down the road. We can give it to the Pinnacle team, and. And they can get it done as well, and it's fantastic. So it means we can keep moving quick. We can get stuff done well. Anything that isn't really within our skill set, we can hand out just straight away. We can just hand it straight over to the Pinnacle team, and that's been really super useful. Video transcript: Foreign. The Pinnacle software is amazing in how robust it is, how much control it gives you over just about every aspect of your business. You can build mailing lists, you can integrate automation. You can set up a custom calendar with questionnaires that automatically input data into your CRM so you don't have to use a third party like Zapier or something to integrate those things. And not only is the software amazing and full of functions and things that I have yet to discover, but the staff is, is ridiculously knowledgeable and supportive. Charles Higgins, the owner and founder, took time at 1am his time to take a break from his call of duty just to support me with a question I had. You know, I just happened to ping him and he replied and he was like, hey, let's jump on a zoom and walk through this. And we spent at least an hour and a half walking through some of the things I had questions around where he was able to find, you know, various workarounds based on the software's functionality for the very specific needs that I had. And you know, again, I don't know of any other software that has that level of customer support where you know, they'll drop what they're doing, especially playing games at one in the morning just to, to make sure that you're able to use and utilize the software in a way that makes sense for you and your business and your brand. And not only that, this is before my initial onboarding calls with his team. And so I had two calls earlier this week with the team that again walked me through, step by step, various aspects to make sure everything I had was fully integrated with the platform. So all my social media is connected, all my calendars are connected, everything that I need. There were also aspects of, okay, I don't, I don't use that aspect, so we got to skip that. And you know, they just let me know if I ever need to circle back. Then I have their calendar links, I have ways to contact them to reach out for support. There's built in questions or the chat function where you can always ask for support that way as well. And so, you know, his team went above and beyond with providing information context as well as giving demonstrations and showing me live on a zoom, one on one how to use various features of Pinnacle AI. So if you're even questioning it, if you're even considering it, stop looking for anything else. It's, it's taken, it's replaced of a variety of tools that I've been using and it gives me so much more control and power because it's already integrated to itself. So again, I can't, I can't thank Charles and the team enough. Brandon Drake as well, has been a huge support to getting me functionality and understanding of the software and how I can utilize it for my networking. So again, thank you. And yeah, check it out.
